Thematically, I try to create art that speaks to the beauty of the human experience and that provides nourishment to the inherent hope in the soul.

I work with a variety of media, creating mixed media collages and assemblages, as well as light boxes, pottery and mosaics using glass and clay shards. I am most drawn to using vintage photography and light, recycled materials and found objects. I believe that as an artist, I have a unique opportunity to express my awe and wonder of the world through the creation of art, and try to pass this experience on to others through the pieces I create.
